Test Results
Due to our privacy policy and regulation, our receptionists are not permitted to access results. When a doctor has ordered any test, it is recommended you ask
your doctor in that consultation, for any instruction regarding a follow up appointment to complete the management of your medical consultation. This is
especially relevant if a number of pathology tests have been requested.
If a result is reported with an urgent abnormality you will be notified by telephone or registered mail. All other results, with your permission can be notified by either SMS or letter. As some test results may take longer than others, please contact the surgery if you have not had follow up contact from your doctor after 1 week regarding your results.
