About Us

Brighton Medical Clinic is a Private Billing practice and was established in 1967 by 2 medical general practitioners. Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an appointment?

Consultations are by appointment. Our reception staff will be happy to assist you with an appropriate time. If your usual doctor is unavailable an alternate doctor will be offered.

Our clinic is a private billing clinic, with an exception for Veteran Affairs Gold cardholders. Our fees are based on AMA rates and determined by complexity and time. A reduced rate is charged for children, healthcare card holders and pensioners.

Home visits (within the immediate area) may be available after discussion with your doctor; however it is preferred for patients to visit the surgery.
